How many private companies are in the snack food industry?

I cannot find this information anywhere. IBISWorld gives figures for public companies, but I also need to know about the private ones. Any references and resources are appreciated.

    That ihfo isn't collected anywhere, so you won't find it.

    That would be because this would be an absurd statistic, as you're trying to country every company which sells food.
