Younger girls flirt with me and want to date or something?
So I m almost 20(on Feb 20th I am). And my best friend is 17 and I know a bunch of his friends and he knows mine, but a bunch of random girls from his high school(I m in college!!!) keep hitting me up and get crushes on me. I am always with my friend at parties and age ranges are 15-25 at these parties usually so like they always see me and they eventually find out my snap or phone number and bug me and I m wondering what I should do? I m single but want a meaningful relationship, not with some 16 year old chick who just wants a d*ck appointment for the week. Would it even be acceptable for me to do something like that if for some reason I would?!?!? I think not but others say its fine.

I'm assuming you live in America.
There are Romeo and Juliet laws that allow an adult to have relations with someone at most 3 years younger than them, so 17 would be your limit, and also 17 is legal in a lot of states like Texas.
However 16 is out of the question and you would be charged with a sex crime if you did anything with them. Further even if the person is 17, that is still viewed as a minor even if there are Romeo and Juliet laws with regards to photos, so you should be very very careful with regards to photos which could land you a sex crime charge as well.
A lot of teenagers (i.e. 18-19) are not aware of these laws, our society has not really condemned such a thing and has propped it up with regards to movies and shows for example as well as the atmosphere as you mentioned 15-25 y/o's partying together. Further the people who are usually charged with this crime are older men 30 years + so you don't really hear about 18-19 y/o's charged with it, but it DOES happen, a lot of people who are charged for that crime are in fact teenagers, I find that to be incredibly unjust especially if one is lying about their age.
However, in any case, I wouldn't recommend casual relationships either, and I would recommend you wait for marriage. People who engage in these types of activities at a young age and with random people are more susceptible to erectile dysfunction at an earlier age (i.e. 30). Waiting is best. I would avoid these parties and areas where these types of women hang out, they are not the type of women you should be establishing a marriage with. I also recommend getting new friends that don't encourage these things. For me, I made my friends in the mosque when I became Muslim and they have been good influences on me, compared to old friends I had who wanted to lead me down a path I didn't want to go down on.

No, it's not fine to have sex with a 16 year old, even if it's legal where you are, which it may not be. But being legal doesn't mean her parents won't come after you with a baseball bat! I certainly would.
I don't know of anyone who has parties with 15-25 year olds. If someone is serving alcohol to underage kids, you've got much bigger problems than teens with a crush. I'd find some friends my own age, if I were you.
