Time time time.?

If time is relative does that then mean that its possible for something to exist and not exist at the same time. For example when light travels it gets to its destinating in no time. Yet at the same time we can observe it. Could it then mean that when we die our body decomposes and at the same time our body is elsewhere. If only one thing happens at a time and we are all traveling threw time at different speeds could we all be at the end right now and not.

No, no, no. You are getting a lot of stuff mixed up. Light takes time to get to another place. It takes 4 years to get here from alpha Centuri. Objects are not in two places at once.

You might want to read about relativity in a respectable source.
