Ear popping?

So I can like do something with these muscles I guess by my ear, I don’t know how to explain it, but if I do that, my ears pop. It’s the kind of popping that happens when you swallow. It pops every single time I swallow, yawn or just do the muscle thing. It happens constantly sometimes I don’t even notice it happens, but when I do notice and pay attention to it, it worries me if it’s normal or not

Yes, it's absolutely normal as Tardis suggests. Working your jaw while chewing pulls on your sinus passages, and this helps relieve pressure in the middle ears through the eustachian tube.

So why, you're wondering are you just noticing this recently and didn't have it back when? It's something many people report with sinus congestion, after recovering from a bad head cold, or after being up at high elevation or in an airplane. When your sinus passages are clogged with mucous, the pressure that builds up inside the middle ear can't clear itself as well. The popping will probably go away gradually over the next few weeks. If it doesn't, particularly if you have continuing congestion in the sinuses which may suggest an ongoing allergy, you might want to see a doctor to get that checked. But I don't think they'll directly treat the ear popping symptom. When your sinuses clear completely and you're no longer changing elevation dramatically, that popping symptom will clear too.

It sounds normal to me. It is caused by relieving pressure from your inner ear using your eustacian tube.
