Whats a good hydrating conceler that has a light enough shade for fair skin? Preferably affordable.?
I've tried the maybelline fit me and it looks dry under my eyes. I use airapun powder I'm nit sure if thats the problem either

A cheap concealer would be the Rimmel lasting perfection skin concealer. Medium - full coverage and works well with pale and dry skin. ( personal experience ).

Tarte Shape Tape dries down pretty matte, so although it's a great concealer, it's not hydrating.
Nars Radiant Creamy concealer is superior in that sense, good coverage, light skin colour options (I use the second lightest and it's the perfect colour for my skin, and I'm super pale. The lightest one is actually too light for me), and it's hydrating.
