just keep using the healing springs. your neopet being sick doesn't actually matter, it will never die. so just keep trying at the springs

You can either buy a Doctor's Bag and hope it is one of the three random cures, or hope you see them any of the pharmacy stores (good luck) or just buy it on the trading post, it's somewhere in the region of 4,000NP. Or for a better idea, don't waste money on expensive cures.
Either keep trying at the Healing Springs (every half an hour) until you get a 'cured' result, OR since a Neopet can only have one disease at a time, feed it a Poisonous Lollypop (15NP) to change the illness to Floppy Tongue, and use a cheap Tongue Shrinker (750NP) to heal it.
