Where can I buy Photoshop online without CC?
So yeah, I'm currently running a VERY old version of Photoshop elements, and I'm looking to upgrade to a new version, and the full version. Unfortunately, all I see currently on Adobe's website is the Creative Cloud subscription service. I do not want a subscription and CC, I want a single price licence.
If the best way to go about this is to buy a physical CD, what is the most recent version of the full Photoshop (not elements) that I should search for?
Thank you for any and all help

It looks like the last version of Photoshop that is the more 'normal' version is CS6, which came out in 2012.
You would need to check pages like eBay or Amazon to see what you kind find. Though, make sure you fully read the listings because it must have an unused key otherwise it will be a waste of money to buy the program and not have it work.

It would have to be Photoshop CS6. But you are talking about a lot of money, even for a program that is that old. But if money is no object, then take a look at amazon.com. They are the best site for old software programs as they always seem to keep a few on their shelves. There may be other legitimate sellers of CS6. Just be VERY CAREFUL when you do search if you find some price that looks "too good to be true" because in all likelihood it is a fake site.
Have you ever heard of Gimp? Gimp is the Adobe Photoshop equivalent. Most amateurs don't have the money for Photoshop so Gimp is their best friend. But I've actually read some stories where even professionals are using Gimp too. It does the same thing Photoshop does. I've been using Gimp for years and I have yet to not be able to do something that I need done to a photo. Guess how much it costs - it's FREE. https://www.gimp.org/

Sadly adobe have discontinued Adobe Photoshop CS6 which was the last version you can purchase as a one off. You may find an old copy if you scout around, but the activation key has to be validated by Adobe. Otherwise you will have to subscribe as everyone else has to.
