I am a first time home buyer. Don't have money for down payment. Have good credit. Are there any options for me without a down payment?

Check your state's housing department. In many states there is a program for lower to median income first timer buyers that offers a forgive-able small second mortgage in the form of down payment assistance. It works in concurrence to an FHA loan where the buyer must put down 3.5%. Basically the money offered is considered a loan, but not one that you make payments on and completely forgiven as long as you own the house for 5-7 years. Be careful, this program is difficult to find sometimes.
USDA also has a loan program but it requires you to buy in rural areas. And VA is well known for the 0 down loan program, but only if your are a qualified vet, which I am guessing you aren't.

Only qualified veterans of the military through the Veterans Administration or qualified buyers in certain rural areas under the USDA program can get no-money-down loans. And even with no down payment, you need several thousand in cash to cover closing costs and the first year of property taxes and a homeowner's insurance policy. The inability to be able to save is a sign that you are not yet responsible enough to own a home, in spite of having good credit.,

Your best bet is to talk to a few local mortgage brokers.
VA & USDA loans generally don't require a down payment.
FHA has very low down payments.
Sometimes there are local programs through your state or other agencies that offer down payment assistance or loans with minimal down payments.
Even with these programs you may need several thousand dollars for closing costs and/or the relatively small down payments, so you will need some available cash at closing. You'll also need about 1% of the purchase price as earnest money with your offer if you expect sellers to seriously consider you in a hot real estate market.
You don't need 20% down like you did decades ago.
Bottom line: get in touch with a mortgage broker and ask for an initial consultation (it should be free). Even if you find out you need to spend another year or two saving, at least you know what your target is and what your loan options are.

If you don't have a down payment, you're not ready to be a first time buyer. No deposit = no mortgage.

If you are a veteran you can get a VA loan no down payment. Or if you buy in a Rural area and have at least a 660 credit score you can buy using a USDA loan (no down payment.)

you could try an owner carry. it is how I got into my first home with no down and reasonable rate.

If you're a veteran, a VA loan might be an option. A few local areas sometimes have assistance available. Otherwise no, start saving for a down payment. If your budget is so tight you can't do that, you should not be even thinking about owning a house.

There are assistance programs available if you qualify that could allow you to buy a home with no money down. USDA and VA loans require zero down payment. FHA and Conventional loans need just 3.5% or less down for a down payment.
