I’m too ugly to get a girlfriend how can I become celibate?

5’7” isn’t short. That’s barely below average US male height. Don’t feel bad about your body.

At this point and judging by what you say about yourself, you are your own worst enemy.

Stop bullying yourself right now. You are not being fair and are brainwashing yourself with your internal dialogue. We get all of our feelings through our thought process. You cannot feel a thing until you think about it. So, change your internal dialogue and begin thinking more positively about yourself and do things to increase your self esteem.

Why not follow your passions, whatever they may be... canoeing, maybe hiking, perhaps throwing clay on a pottery wheel, maybe remote airplanes or possibly growing an herb/vegetable garden and learning how to cook? If you follow your passions, you will automatically be placed among like minded people who have shared interests where you can meet new friends and possibly find romance.

Stop being so down on yourself. Maybe it is time to change your appearance, since you think that is an obstacle. Perhaps you can talk to your barber about a new hair style. Shave your face or grow a beard. Update your wardrobe and buy new shoes. Change your route to work and shop at different stores. Get out of the daily hum drum of your current routine. You know, mix it up a bit. Get outside of your comfort zone.

One does not "become" celibate, they just choose to be. No special thing to do, other than to remain sexless. So, if that is what you want, keep your life exactly like it is because whatever you are doing is keeping you celibate, if that is what you truly want.

I am sure you are not ugly!!! Do not be silly!! Yes you can absolutely find a girl!! A girl will love that you will lose your virginity to them. You will find someone, I know you will :) There is somebody out there for everyone.

Alcohol has been helping ugly men out for years so just get a bit drunk.

For starters stop beating the **** out of your own ego and self image. Plenty of people will be glad to try to do that for you. Secondly, realize that many millionaires have been formed out of a 60+grand annual salary; your doing ok at 26 years of age. Lastly, get your butt in the gym and pump some iron man, then take viagra or do what ever it is that you have to do to get a girl. Even if you gotta buy one to start off then do it! Awwe Hun. Don't beat yourself up about it. I find that cute. A virginity is something special that u should cherish 😊 I'm 19 and haven't had a boyfriend never had my first kiss and I'm still a virgin. For a girl I guess you could say it's different. Also it doesn't matter how much u make. As long that your making something it really doesn't matter to me or it shouldn't matter to anyone. That's your business 🙂

I used to believe that...too. I was 26 when I had my first girlfriend. Had about 30 girlfriends since. Been with the same woman since 1997.

I would say to you what women said to me, "you lack confidence", and that

more than anything else

will drive women away,

regardless how you look.

But if it is your goal to be celibate, telling yourself you are too ugly is the right attitude.

If you are a virgin, then you are celibate.
