As BR42 says, or
19 ohms in parallel with 17 ohms
1/Rt = 1/R1 + 1/R2
1/Rt = 1/19 + 1/17
Rt = 8.97222222 ohms
P = E²/R = 120² / 8.97222222 = 1605 watts

For the first P = E²/R = 120²/19 = 758 watts
for the second, P = 120²/17 = 847 watts
total is the sum, 1605 watts
