What do you call somebody that doesn t believe in religious belief?
Not someone who doesn t believe in a religion, your religion, or specific supernatural claims, but doesn t accept that anyone who claims to believe does or even can?

All these answers are wrong, the way I see it.. People who feel that way would probably ALSO be atheists, and anti-theists, and irreligious, and the whole nine yards. But that, alone, does not mean NOT accepting the mere phenomenon of religious belief as real!
Anyway, I understand your question, for what it's worth. And I know, if there is a specific word for that, I've personally NEVER freaking heard it! And I've done quite a bit of research on these things.. So while I might possibly have missed something, it's obviously NOT a commonly used word, if it does indeed exist. (Or I'm just disregarding the obvious... But I don't think so.) :)
Would be interesting if someone had a better suggestion! I'll maybe return to this question sometime later, just to see if someone knows of such a word... Interesting question! :)

I've been pondering this for a few weeks now. To distinguish them from athiest (if there are any left) and Satanist (if there is a difference), can we call them "Beastologist" of the religion of "Beastology" in resistance to confusion- no offense intended? <Can More Than a Conqueror Khan Juan Among a Trillion DuMore Good In The Name of The LORD YaHaVaH Who Was Is and Will Be The Only True God and None Other Than our Great God The Righteous Tsalvation of Justice Anointed King of kings Lord of lords The Tsupreme Jesus Christ Tzedekelizedek haMashiach a High Priest Forever and Evermore according to the Order of Melchizedek?>

Irreligious. Atheist.

Atheists do not believe in God nor any religion.
Agnostics accept that we don't know about religion; i.e. do not believe nor disbelieve.
