1945, August, the first Atomic War started. Or do you mean an atomic war where everyone has nukes?

Every war which use nuclear weapons is an atomic war. United States of aggression used atomic weapons in ww2, Afghanistan and serbia and hundred thousands of people got cancer and DNS damages and they are never ashamed.

There has never been an atomic war. Both sides would have to have nuclear capability.

There was an incident at the end of the war where the USA dropped atomic bombs on 2 civilian Japanese cities. But since they actually won that war they were never charged with a war crime - which it WAS !!
