Anal fissure, you have to get a check up to get the correct cream. There ya go, and mention that you're embarrassed to say it, also get a prescribed cream for anal fissure and lie to the doctor so they can write you a prescription. Also refused for your anus to get checked and that you're uncomfortable about it and rather have the cream and if the cream didn't help then you'd come back. There ya go, you're welcome.

Just tell the truth, and remember that you made a commitment when you joined the group.
It's rather like AlAnon -- you are being trained to keep commitments and take responsibility for your actions. Lying id abrogation of both.
