Windows 10 Deleted over 200GB in files but only 30GB of space is freed up?

Not in recycle bin, restarting did nothing, not in an emergency folder, just missing space. Anywhere I can check or is there a specific action that would help?

Update:

Tried that. Only found about 50 MB. Disk Cleanup didn't do much, and CCLeaner did only slightly better at 500 MB.

    Run disk cleanup and remove what it finds. You can also try a third party app like ccleaner.
