Isn't it a bit annoying that players think they have a right to just assault fans?
So I'm watching MOTD and a fans ran on the pitch of the West Ham game and Mark Noble just plain assaulted him aggressively.
Similar things have happened before, Cantona, Joe Hart also aggressively shoved and got in the face of a City fan when Rio deservedly got coined. Aguero attacked a Wigan fan.
Now you can argue these fans are idiots, but that surely shouldn't give players the right to just attack them, they act like they're above the law. Why aren't they ever charged for this?

Yeah but that's the modern footballer; thinks they're above the law. I watched MOTD as well and those scenes at West Ham were mental.

You do seem to have a concentrated naivity arrogance even, Fans are not allowed on the pitch period, this isn't because some fascist doctrine is laying down the law, no it's because the potential of safety lowers as soon as fans get on the pitch, Any fan could be carrying any number of weapons...They are completely alien to the players, and who knows what motive they may have.. Whilst it is not ideal and uncomfortable and unfortuinate to have general ambience, of security and safety of players first it is however a very neccassary evil..if ever the worst should happen you will realize

In Italian football players would never assault their own fans, goes to show that the PL is filled with foreign oil money mercenaries and the English culture isn't as warm as Italian culture.
