Can a male anole and a female long tailed lizard live together ?

I have a male anole and I am wondering if I can add a female long tailed lizard without any problems, such as breeding or fighting.

He lives in a 10 gal tank, which I read is perfect for two small lizards as long as they have their own hiding space.

Thanks for any help.

In not sure what you read that suggested that a 10 gallon is fine for two lizards. A 10 gallon is the absolute bare minimal for one... And really a 20 tall would be better.

No.. Mixing species means exposing them to potential parasites and disease for starts. A microorganism that doesn't affect one specie may be deadly to another.

Most reptiles are solitary and really don't care to share their space.

I know anole's don't play well with others, not even sure of the lizard. Rather than a risk experiment,I would keep them separate.
