    $50k per year, but it depends on the circumstances. There is a big difference between being innocent and being wrongfully convicted.

    Did it EVER occur to you that it is on a case by case BASIS?! That should be a NO-FRIGGING BRAINER to those of us with IQ's OVER 80!

    As much as you sue for. adding all the money he could've earned in this time, plus the inconvenience, pain and physical ailments this may have cause him.

    Most people get nothing. You're only likely to get money if it can be proved that the police or prosecutor were negligent.
