How many klonopen do I have to take for it to be effective?

I'd type more, but I'm having trouble thinking right now. I'm also doing melatonin with it. Other people want to keep the alcohol away from me though.

Update:

No doctor, I have a problem. The funny thing is, he also knows I have a problem. Every time I go in to visit, he finds me to be perfectly healthy. Despite me having Hell inside me, I'm supposed to be a-OK fine. Bureaucratically, I'm fine. I wish the medical industry would understand the human being. I did try to get alcohol too, but people at this place told me 'no.'

You take whatever dosage your Dr. prescribed, no more, no less. You should not be drinking an Alcohol anyway, when you are on any kind of Medication. Medication and Alcohol do not mix. If a Dr. did not prescribe them and you are buying them off the street, that is a really stupid and irresponsible thing to do, you are putting your life at risk and you need to get very serious professional help for your addictions and other problems.
