Why won't Sessions get busy with prosecuting Hillary?

Because you have to commit a crime to be prosecuted. A lot of what Hillary did should be illegal, but isn't.

Because he rightfully points out she has already BEEN investigated by Democratic sources, and no evidence of actual wrong doing or law breaking has ever been found.

It's looking more and more possible that some of the Clintons Foundation money has found its way into Sessions pockets. Funny how that always happens.

She would have to have committed a crime, which of course she hasn’t. Over 25 years of manufactured scandals that cost taxpayers $25 million dollars and not a crime to be found. I’m sure Sessions is sad about it too.

shes already been testified. it wouldn't make sense to do it again, it'd be a conflict of interest then. or even double jeopardy.
