have disability and cant attend Jury duty do i need a drs note about it or just fill out the form that i cant attend?

This has happened to me and I called the office in charge of juries and explained my situation. They were very courteous. The lady told me she'd take my name off the list and that a doctor's note was not needed.

Disability isn't an automatic excuse. All courtrooms are handicapped accessible. So it depends.

What disability could prevent you from being on a jury?

Yes you need a doctors certificate otherwise you must stand jury service it's an obligation, you don't get a choice in the matter. Anyway you're lucky you've been picked. I'd love to do it.
