Why won t my phone download?

Every time I try to download ANYTHING with my Samsung J3 whether it s a picture or a document, it pauses with the internet symbol -- looks like Saturn -- and it refuses to unpause.

I followed the instructions by resetting the access point names, but it didn t work in the slightest. Worse still is I don t know what names to reset them to outside of simple random names.

The only way I can get pictures is to do a screen shot and I don t want to keep doing that.

Is there an app that will force it to download no matter what, or are there instruction that will actually work to get my phone to download?

    You need to factory reset your phone follow the instructions for your particular phone to factory reset it before you factory reset it back up all your data to the cloud that comes with your phone usually Google when you factory reset your phone you can sign back in recover all your data and everything should work fine
