Where, apart from the face, can ethnic features be found on the human body?

That'd be up to the person who has declared a specific set of metrics to be a test of ethnicity.

Ethnicity is a social construct, not a scientific one.

You could declare it based on the type of ear wax, if you so chose. In the past it has been declared based on how many fingers you use to make a cross or what you like to eat for breakfast.

Allen's rule is an ecogeographical rule formulated by Joel Asaph Allen in 1877, broadly stating that animals adapted to cold climates have shorter limbs and body appendages than animals adapted to warm climates. Katzmarzyk and Leonard similarly noted in 1998 that human populations appear to follow the predictions of Allen's rule. There is a negative association between body mass index and mean annual temperature for indigenous human populations, meaning that people who originate from colder regions have a heavier build for their height and people who originate from warmer regions have a lighter build for their height. Relative sitting height is also negatively correlated with temperature for indigenous human populations, meaning that people who originate from colder regions have proportionally shorter legs for their height and people who originate from warmer regions have proportionally longer legs for their height.

    Skin color.

Cold adapted humans such as Europeans and north Asians tend to have more facial and body hair. Even women from these ethnicities have excess hair, usually on their legs but sometimes on their faces. The excess hair helps them keep warm in cold climates and it is the result of a high level of DHT, which is a male hormone that stimulates hair growth. High levels of DHT can also cause premature baldness. Therefore Europeans and north Asians often suffer from premature baldness as well.

People from cold adapted regions also tend to be shorter, have shorter arms and legs, and a more rounded torso. People who are adapted to hot weather tend to have longer arms and legs and a more slender torso. That reduces surface area to reduce heat loss to the environment. People, especially women, from cold adapted regions also tend to have more fat under the skin as insulation against cold climates. The hair on the head tends to be curly in people adapted to hot weather, because the curly hair creates air space between the hair and the scalp, allowing air to blow through, cooling the head. People adapted to cold climates have straight hair, which eliminates the air space, preventing cold drafts from chilling the head.
