If I apply for a Class A CDL but no longer want it and want Class B, can the DMV change that?

I passed my Class B knowledge test but failed my Passenger, Class A Knowledge, and Air Brakes. Can the DMV change that or do I have to start it all over?

    you still can drive a truck that requires a class b with a class a license. why bother changing it
