Testosterone injection bad pain in leg?
I did an injection of testosterone in my lateral head of my quad 7 days ago and my leg is still in massive pain and I can’t bend it. This is not the first time I’ve hit this spot so I’m not sure what’s causing my leg to be so stiff and painful.
I know how to inject properly so that’s not the issue. I did notice my muscle tensed a bit when I inserted the needle but I continued to inject the fluid in. No blood in the syringe nor any when I pulled out. This is the same testosterone I’ve been using since July of 2017. I’ve never had post injection pain last this long and I’m a bit worried.
Any suggestions would be helpful.. this sucks because I can’t bend it past maybe 120 degrees.
I’m very lean and used a 25G 1” needle and warmed the liquid up too.

nope thats weird, u sure the injections the cause of it? ive been doing T shots since Dec 2016 and ive never had any post injection pain period... I've also had the issue with muscle tensing during the shot (and even twitching, which is really weird and uncomfortable) but no such issues. See ur doc bout it. Maybe just try injecting in the other leg from now on?
