What is the difference Between Straight Medicaid and Traditional Medicaid?

    There's only Medicaid. There is no differentiation of type, no "straight" or "traditional." If someone says something like that, they're just referring to Medicaid, the only Medicaid there is, a needs-based medical insurance program provided under Title XIX of the Social Security Act and administered by the various state governments.
