Why would Rutherford’s model of the atom not be stable?

Update:

a.) It would disintegrate due to beta decay

b.) It did not recognize the wave character of electrons

c.) It could only include 36 electrons

d.) It would violate the first law of thermodynamics

e.) It would not radiate energy

    without neutrons the nucleus would not be stable - repulsion of positive charges would be too much.
