How to get rid of sinus headache?
My nose is stopped up from all the pollen and my throat sore, and coughing non-stop. My head hurts in the back near neck every time I have to pick something up off floor or blow my nose. I've tried nasal spray and cough syrup. Not helping please any advice of something to unclog my nose

Take a decongestant and some aspirin /ibuprofen.
