it's ACHIEVES,
it's MUSICIANS
it's THERE ARE great chess players... because more than one is plural, and "there's" (conjunction of "there is") is singular
not to mention no capitalization and poor punctuation.

I think A great person is a person who are honest,Ideal,Heard worker,careful,good behave etc.A great peraon no need to be famous person coz all famous person won't great but all great person always great.
