Not rich, but (hopefully) comfortable. I make an upper 5 figure salary, and my 401k gets 15% of my paycheck. My 401k's never get cashed out (when I change jobs). They always get rolled over into my new employer's 401k. Or put into an IRA.

Have no intentions of retiring. Have seen many people end up as professional full-time doctor-visitors, once they retire. They just get sicker and sicker. No thanks to that.
