Can capacitor increase low watt to higher watt?

I have 200watt input, i need 600watt output. Is there any capacitor series concept to do that?

    No. That would be an amplifier, not a capacitor.

    I'm suspecting you're talking audio; in which case all a capacitor of any size can do is give a slightly better response t omusic peaks.

    If talking straight power then for about 1/2 second if it's large enough.
