My mother in laws husband passed away 3 weeks ago. She lives in the home owned by the estate and now the executor cancelled the tel line?
She remarried and her husbands kids handles her affairs. She was promised to libe in the house owned by the estate after he pass away in 3 wills but his last will done about 1 month before he passed away my mother in law was disinherited. Now the cancelled the phone stating it was on his name. They said she can maybe still stay for 3 months before the house would be sold. He was over 80 and shes nearly 80

If they were still married, then she owns the house. She should get a lawyer.
Marriage means together. Everything she owns he owns and everything he owns she owns. So when someone's husband passes, that person still owns everything. That's basically what marriage is all about. The will isn't yet valid, because one of the owners is still alive.

She needs an attorney of her own, fast.
She can contest the will, which sounds as if someone had him change.

Someone got to him before he passed and changed the will... Sorry state for someone nearing 80; selfish as hell on the part of the person/people who did it.
