I woke up 24 hours ago with numbness in my left cheek. Went to the doctor, they re thinking "stroke" but not sure. Has anyone had this?

No offense intended, but it baffles me to see today's generation want to run to the doctor the moment they feel some kind of minor discomfort - and then go out and make Youtube videos to see how stupid they can be doing dangerous stuff that causes severe pain.

If you can explain this, the entire world would be grateful.

There is a nerve cluster in your face that can make it "go dead" at one side or the other if under sustained pressure while you are sleeping.

It can also be other things of various severity...
