Please help. Using a BA II Plus calculator produced by texas instruments?

I ts giving me a very strange answer. I typed in 90,000/14000000 and the answer it gave me was 0.01. Have tried other functions but they work fine. How do I fix it?

Have you checked other divisions that result in many decimal places? It looks to me like it's rounding to 2 decimal places (0.01 is the correct rounded answer). There might be a setting for that, or you might be using a monetary unit, where calculations default to 2 places.

I would say that you have a setting that is rounding off to 2 decimal points

It is rounding up the result to two decimal places. This happens on adding machines that round off to the nearest cent.
