It does; the Bible has foretold many things that eventually came true. However, the thing that it foretold for the near future might be of particular interest to you; Revelation 21:3,4 says: “He (God) will wipe every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither wil mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away”. Just imagine! Almighty Jehovah God has promised a time when sickness, death, and pain will be a thing of the past! We will be able to live forever on the earth in perfect conditions (psalms 37:29, 2 Peter 3:13). What a future that God has promised for mankind who learn his will and do it! Yes. History, prophesy, poetry, law, and wisdom are pretty much the entire contents.

The Bible claims to predict the future, but it is flawed in its depiction of the past so how accurate can its future predictions be.

It tries to, but as wars have always existed and will always exist, famine and droughts have always and will always exist..etc, the predictions aren't legit predictions.
If u know humans kill each other every day, prophesizing war doesn't make u gifted or even correct.

No. When biblical author speak of "prophecy," they don't mean "predicting the future." They mean "speaking truth to power in their own day and age." For example, the book called "Revelation" is a metaphorical criticism of the first-century Roman Empire, not a prediction of the exact day when something would happen thousands of years later.

St. John's Revelation foretells the future until the end of days, and all has happened since the historical rapture around 513 Anno Domini, in the dates and times and manners described flawlessly.
