Random sharp testicle pain?
I was laying in bed turned a certain way and got a sharp pain I'm my right testicle and it went away within a few seconds but now when i mauve a certain way it is a super painful sharp pain that last a few seconds and goes away it don't look swollen or anything Lol but what the heck

If you have an injury or other problem in the spine, it could be caused by that. This is called referred pain, meaning the pain is not in the location where the actual damage is. If you do have a back problem, a Chiropractor would be your best bet to deal with it.
