If I was interested I would wait till he leaves the company before asking him out, or making any official plans, with the way rules are these days you would get in too much trouble otherwise.

Totally!!!! but I would wait until he officially leaves the job. I’ve seen so many of my friends get into messy situations when dating someone they work with, so just to be safe, wait until he’s done working there. If you don’t have his contact info, get it before he leaves. Best of luck!
