Off-balance feeling?

I ve been feeling off-balance (like if you ve been in the sea and can feel yourself moving up&down) for the last 4 days now, and I ve been quite tired too. Evidence has suggested I might be anaemic (I had my period then had blood taken) but I m not sure. My lymph node under my chin is swollen which usually implies an infection, and because of the knock to my balance I suspected it might be an ear infection. But my ears aren t sore and haven t been blocked at all. If it is anaemia, I don t know why my lymph node is swollen. I can exercise fine and the wavy feeling subsides a bit when I do, but on average it hasn t been getting better in these 4 days. I m up and about as normal and am now on Iron supplements and am changing my diet to add iron (ive only had 2 tablets so far) but I still am not sure if that s what it is. I haven t been diagnosed by a doctor.

Does anyone know if it s more likely to be an infection or anaemia?
