And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

As for the heavens, they belong to Jehovah,

But the earth he has given to the sons of men.

I am looking forward to the fulfillment of those scriptures.

    P.S.

Actually I have done a word search into the Hebrew and Greek, and have found the NWT to a better translation than most.

NAB states at John 1:1 that 'God2' is not an identification but an adjective.

Vine's admits 'the literal translation is 'a god was the Word'.

100 years after John wrote his gospel, it was translated as 'a god was the Word' in Coptic.

According to G2316 θεός theos Thayer Definition:

    4) whatever can in any respect be likened unto God, or resemble him in any way

    4a) God’s representative or viceregent

    4a1) of magistrates and judges

As God's image Jesus does resemble God. As God's representative, Jesus was sent by God to represent him

As God's appointed judge Jesus can rightly be called 'a god'.

But as Jesus tells us, only Jehovah his Father is the only true God.

Why do the vast majority of bibles today mistranslate John 1:1? So it will say what they want it to say, and not as John wrote it.

Verses taken out of context from a rewritten version of the bible.

I Think you should use a better translated than the cultish NWT which actually changes scripture to suit the needs of the warped JW cult.

I believe everything that you have stated, looking forward to it.

I think these scriptures are in reference to either the coming kingdom age on this earth, or to the new heavens and new earth.

I don't use the New World translation of the Bible because it has been corrupted to fit JW's belief. I will pay attention and use any other translation but the New World one. Why don't you do a Hebrew and Greek word study of scriptural passages dealing with the Trinity? I think you will be very surprised at what you find.

Basically translates to: don't complain, it's my way or the highway suckers.

I don't think any Christian sect believes Matthew 5:5.
