Does science agree with the bible?

Science is a method of investigation through experimentation and observation. What exactly to you mean "does science agree with the bible? Which branch of science? Which bits of the bible?

Very little of it, mostly with time line elements.

Consider, what begat the bible were scrolls found in old churches, written in an ancient Hebrew language. This was like 6 thousand years ago and translation was very poor at best.

By the time the king James version came to press, it had been re translated numerous times, even since, revisions are skewing the bible where facts are now opinionated guesses. What we know as the holy bible is also rather incomplete with 12 'books' omitted from the accepted king James version.

Still a work in progress, perhaps the future may shed more light on the matter.

Another point is most translations and revisions have been made by theologist, not scientist.

They are two different fields of study with completely different methods. Science studies the physical world. The Bible talks about the spiritual. Science uses experiments and observation and mathematics. The bible relies on faith.

Science, first and foremost, agrees only with reality. Therefore, it agrees with the Bible only insofar as the Bible agrees with reality.

The Bible is a work of fantasy fiction and includes a great many things that can't be substantiated by science. If there is any agreement with actual science, it is purely coincidental (and doesn't happen very often).
