I'm so confused. We've been talking for months! But he has been out the country so we couldn't hang. We were suppose to go out today and we had been talking all day! We always talk. Then suddenly he just stopped texting me. I don't get it...he read my msg and ignored me..

Do you actually know this person? There are a lot of scammers out there who "talk" to women and sometimes claim they are coming to visit but never show up. Whatever happens, DO NOT send this guy any money. I don't care if he claims to be held by immigration at the border, or in need of an operation- don't believe it.
