I have many files in my computer, with similar names.

Example : file name contains " add ", " adding ", " ha adds ", " ma add ".

Content of files : " add is ", " add are ", " add is ", " add am ", " add my ",

on windows XP i will use F3 command and result will be perfect....

But the Latest Window 7, 10 is Not providing correct result ?????. it show all the files that contains add even if it is Name of the file.

I have been recommending Everything in the past. It works great, try it.

You should try "Everything" one of the best search engines available.

Just select the download that fits your system. Also review the screen shots listed below the download. I have used Everything for years. Great search engine

After it is downloaded, add the name used for the missing item, or file in the search window in which you may have saved it as..

Download the Utility called "Everything". It has a much stronger search function and the ability to do search modifiers. If you have tons of money and tons of e-books download Copernic since it reads text inside your files (don't bother with the free version, it's gimped to the point of super suck).
