Yes, I cancelled a camping trip to Cornwall due to prolonged rain in that area.

No, but I've had to cut a long weekend away short, due to an incoming hurricane (last Oct). We drove 3 hrs to a casino in southern MS and had to return a day early because the weather was getting so bad, we feared not being able to get through the tunnel in Mobile, AL to get home (and didn't want to have to go well out of our way to circumvent it).
I live in NW FL and there is some fear people may cancel their plans to come here for Memorial Day weekend, due to the tropical weather headed our way. We're expecting rain Sat through Mon (or Tues), and likely flooding. No fun to come to the beach on vacay when you're stuck in your hotel, a restaurant, or shopping mall all day. NOT good for tourism!

No, but I've come home early. Three days of tent camping in Western Washington when it's 47F and dumping is not real fun once you get wet.

Nope. I've cancelled/postponed certain activities because of heavy rains while on vacation but I won't cancel a complete vacation due to precipitation.

Rain is just water. I don't understand people. We've become too soft.
