Get three estimates from local contractors.

Estimates will be free, and you also need to check their references and that they are *licensed*.

Consider donating the cabinets to your local Habitat for Humanity ReStore - you can take a tax deduction, and they will come and get them. They will NOT take them off the walls.

It depends on the TYPE of floor you are removing wood plank flooring, carpet, linoleum, ceramic tiles, or what...Removing ceramic tiles, especially, is very labor-intensive.

The cost of the subfloor depends on the amount and the thickness.

And of course e know where you live and the prices charge by flooring shops!

You will have to work that out for yourself1
