Yahoo Allows anyone that is a Level 7 user to move anyones Question to a Different Category
The only thing you can do is Move it back to the Correct Category if it keeps Happening Send the YA Staff a Note

You can't fire someone who isn't an employee. Every one who posts a question can move their own question, and all Level 7 users can move questions.
Yes, it's abuse to move a question to an inappropriate category, but there I'd nothing you can do at present other than move it back, if you are able.

Every level 7 user on the site has that privilege for some reason.

I also went through this with a self-important jerk in the software category. If you find out who the level 7 member is that's bothering you, report them for harassment. In the meantime, block them....and make sure that they're not one of your followers. Also, when you post a question, make yourself anonymous.

Fired? They aren't employees, simply users at Level 7. They have the right to re-categorize questions because Yahoo gave it to them. Do they always do this properly and kindly? No. But, then you're on a free site, so what do you expect?
