Today my leasing agent sent me another lease to signed after I already signed the first one?

I stop helping her with cleaning houses after I complained about my neighbors going into my mailbox and trying to look through my windows. She believed I was lying after we caught them. I also had another reason why I stopped because I have a family I had to take care of and it was busy with school. Then she said if it is that bad why won t you move out....just because I told her I caught a neighbor trying to go into my daughter s bedroom window. Then when the house was being inspected and found that she was reponsible for repairs that she didn t fixed because she said they sent a letter to the owner and nothing happen and we had to wait almost two years for it to be fixed and the inspector told her she has 30 days to fix. Now she wants me to sign another lease after I already signed a lease to stay another year and it is almost time for us to move out. Now she brings another lease for me to sign where it only talks about late fees which I am never late and it says we are Not living in a handicapped home which I already understood when the previous leasing agent told us before he quit the job....should I signed it? I already signed one and she want me to sign another one before we move out and we don t want to stay no more....she was trying to make me throw my pets out even after I gave her my deposit for them....any advice would be great.
