I don't know who played the blonde bombshell in bed with Al in the start of that episode but obviously it was not Katie Segal. A google search turns up the guest stars in that episode as
◾Joey Lauren Adams as Janey
◾Sara Melson as Corky
◾Andrea Elson as Heidi (Bud's girl)
◾Robin Killian as Natalie
But she may have been uncredited since it was such a small part
