Go into settings, general, about, phone. Then change the name of your device. All lower case no gaps. This worked for me once when i had a similar problem.

    Hi there!

I personally have experienced this issue before with my own iPhone, and there are two solutions you can try that are fairly simple: the first thing I would do is to go into Settings>WiFi, then click on the info button located to the right of the network you are trying to connect to. It will take you to another screen and at the top it will have an option to "forget this network." Click this and it will essentially make the iPhone forget any previous network settings for this WiFi only. Then go back to your WiFi settings screen, click on the network again, and try to reconnect. The second option is to reset only your network settings. This is a bit more drastic and will basically make your iPhone forget any network that it was ever connected to, so just remember that you may have to re-enter your WiFi passwords for other networks. (work, etc.) To do this, go back into your Settings screen, click on General, then scroll all the way down to where it says reset. Click this button and it will give you a list of choices: click on the "Reset Network Settings" option and it will ask for your pass code. Enter your pass code, and then your iPhone will restart briefly. After it restarts, go back to your WiFi settings and attempt to connect again.

Hopefully this will resolve your issue!
