It's a damn shame that you're sealed to your T V set which can't be turned off and the channels can't be changed

They are in business to make money. They produce products they think will sell. They stay in business by being right most of the time. Whoever you think that "we" is, clearly they are not a significant part of the entertainment market.

Entertainment is a reflection of the surrounding society. If you don't want to see gays and lesbians, move to Russia where their depiction is outlawed as propaganda.

The tv has an off button, and nobody forces you to buy movie tickets, even at today's prices. Why should anyone else care what you don't want to see?
