If Luke Chapter 18 verse 19 says that no one is good except God alone, then is it bad to say that I or anyone else is a good person?

Total Scriptural ignorance.

I think people are glossing over that scripture as they do most of the Bible and reading what they want into it, I believe that statement entirely that no one is good but God alone, when you understand we are the creation of God, and what God creates is good because only good can come out of Love and only love and come from God, and in understanding that, there are only two things that exist, LOVE and FEAR and one of them isn't real....that's why Jesus say's he is one with the Father because only Love exist in creation, anything outside of that is separation of thought which is a form of insanity.

Evidently the man who approached Jesus used the term "good" as a title or as "good" in the sense of the one who sets the standard of what is good.
Jesus rejected this expression because he was not the source of goodness nor was he the one who set the standard as to what was good. -Gen 1:31, John 5:30
"Every good gift and every perfect present is from above, coming down from the Father of the celestial lights" James 1:17
He immediately pointed out that, that title belonged to his God and his Father was the source.
But in the more general sense of the word, the Bible does uses it. -Rom 5:7

If Luke Chapter 18 verse 19 says something, that does not mean that it is true.
Nothing indicates that the bible might actually be a true story or anywhere near that or that any kind of god might actually exist.

First consider the context. A rich young man had approached Jesus, fell on his knees before Him and addressed Him as "Good teacher..." He asked what to do to inherit eternal life. Jesus immediately picked him up on this, to get him to think. He asked him a question: "Why do you call me good? No-one is good - except God alone."
Now, given how the man fell on his knees before Jesus, was this more than just a respectful approach to Jesus as a good teacher? So Jesus did not deny His own goodness, but He was making the man recognise that his only hope was in total reliance on God, not his own acts, not on what he had to do. Likewise, Jesus was not denying that He was God incarnate, otherwise He would have said, "Why do you call me good? I am not God!"
What a perfect opportunity for Jesus to declare that He was NOT God incarnate, if that had been the truth of the matter! Yet Jesus did not deny being God. Nor could any Christian deny that Jesus was not good. He even called Himself "the good shepherd". There simply is no verse in the Bible where Jesus denies being God incarnate. That is highly significant.
For the rich man, he was being challenged to stop thinking in terms of what he could do to merit God's approval, but to give up that which was holding him back from being a follower of Jesus - his great wealth. It's interesting that Jesus felt love for this sincere man. Who knows? Perhaps after Jesus' death and resurrection, this man became a Christian.
Given the context of this verse, there is no situation today where Christians would address a human as 'good' in the sense that Jesus is good. But from a sinful, human point of view, some humans are clearly decent, law-abiding folk who do good works - of course, the only really 'good' works we can do are those that bring glory to God, and not to ourselves.

Nope...go read the bible again, and it will become abundently clear that gods definition of "good" and humanity's definition of "good" mean different things. God is not good

It means Jesus was not God.

It does not matter what Luke says, because God is not real.
