Over the past couple of years, it's usually taken more time to get answers to my questions here. It makes me wonder if there are fewer people here now.

You could be talking to them and before you know it there is some kind of disagreement and it's heated. Or you say something that you would deam harmless and they're affended by it for some reason. Why are some people like this? Or is it simply that you two don't get along, or do they just have a tendency to argue?

And what's your gender and age?

If you were in a relationship with someone waiting, would you wait too?

And if so, why?

Hey, I was listening to a song on Spotify a few weeks ago and it sounded techno-ish. One of the lyrics were "You think you're special but.. (other words I can't remember)"

One of the melodies/instrumental hooks in the song sounded kind of like this example that I made using a piano app. It's not perfect but I tried my best to copy what I remember hearing. Listen all the way through. This is the link to the audio example I made:

Several months ago my friend's sister had child services take her baby away to be mean, right after she birthed the child. My friend didn't even do anything wrong. Child services has held her child for almost a year now and they've had my friend doing a bunch of stuff to prove she can take care of her baby. She's done everything they've told her to but they haven't given her kid back to her yet. I want to get a petition going to have the court give her baby back to her. Is that possible? I don't want her spending the holidays without her child.

I'm a guy in my 20s and I want to move out and live indepentent from my parents eventually. At some I'd like to have a nice girlfriend living with me when we're together; I've been thinking about the fact that we'll have neighbors extremely close by if I get an apartment or duplex home. We'd be sharing the same yard and things like that with the neighbors, and I would hope that the neighbors are friendly and have good morals, because I wouldn't want the girl staying with me to be sexuslly assaulted while she's on her own. And there's also the concern of burglarly. I'm leaning towards a duplex home. I wonder if it's a good idea. Any advice and insight is appreciated. Thanks.

I've heard about Law Of Attraction and I've read about it. There are some parts that I agree with it as a Christian (parts that are like the way we think as Christians), but there are some parts of it that I dont agree with. I don't agree that we have control over everything. I believe we can manifest but I know at the end of the day, God is in control of our lives, & I dont believe in all of the universe stuff. I believe that our thoughts may have good/bad affects on our lives. Things that I hear similar between the law of attraction & Christianity are things like Affirmations and Declarations (speaking God's promises over your life) These are examples of Declarations: "I receive an abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness. I reign in life through Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17)" "As a wife, I submit myself to my husband as is fitting in the Lord. My husband loves me like Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her (Colossians 3:18 and Ephesians 5:25)." And then there are these. Examples of affirmations: "My body is healthy; my mind is brilliant; my soul is tranquil. I am superior to negative thoughts and low actions." The subject seems taboo. Some Christians believe in it and some dont. Some Christians write lists of what they want, believe they'll get it and pray for things trusting in God. And some think it's bad. Or should we wait until we're completely over them before we see anyone else (even if it would take months, or even a year or more before we're over an ex?)

And are you boyfriend and girlfriend or married?

I asked two friends of mine for advice about what I should do and they both gave me different opinions about it. So I'm asking here to get a better idea.

I can't fit all of this into one question so I'll post a link to the rest at the end of this post (there are 5 parts). I'd really appreciate your advice and insight.

So as you know, I'm 21. She is 19. We've been dating for about 2 months now. She lives about an hour away from me. She used to text and call me first sometimes before I could even get a word in, and text me back fast or in a timely manner. Now I have to message her twice or more sometimes before I even get a response from her and I only hear from her a few times a week. We used to talk almost everyday and now it's different, and she started being like this before she even started college this semester. She says she's busy but sometimes but I see her on Facebook and she doesn't even reply or answer my call. I'm starting to fear that she's losing interest, talking to some other guy or cheating. It's making me miserable. Idk if this helps but she said she was molested as a little girl (doesn't remember), that her older cousin tried to rape her when she was an older girl (remembers that), and that he also forced her to kiss him one time, which stinks.

...I ran into a guy two weeks ago who was in the same situation we are with his wife. He told me about this book called the 5 Love Languages. He said it helped him and his wife be romantic and stuff. He also recommended a church that helped them too.

You know I'm here and I want to be supportive. I can send you the info if you want. It looks helpful.

And, one more thing. I know we're dating and I remember you saying your mom would freak (she would freak because they're Jehovah's Witnesses and I'm not, and it's frowned upon to date outside the religion) if she knew we're together. Well if you think about it, we're still dating so we may as well make it official, am I right? :j

She said she already read some of the book and her mom sent her some info about abuse, and she explained some of her struggles with the abuse affects and stuff. I replied saying that I met those two guys with partners who were abused and said they're doing better so I'm sure there's something to help her get better too.

She didn't answer the boyfriend girlfriend question

And she said she can't trust anyone mentally, not even me. I don't know what she meant about "trusting anyone mentally?"

Anyway that's what's going on. I don't know what to do, I'm torn, I'm miserable. What do you all think? What should I do?
